We go on excursions—long walks in nature or on the beach. We seek out places that appeal to the senses, listen to music, and have fun when the opportunity arises. And on these occasions, I tell you about other ways of living. About a possible big picture. If you like, we lay out cards and perform rituals to ground ourselves. We work on your issues. We give your fears a face, welcome them, and say goodbye to them when the time is right. Or we decide spontaneously what is good for you at the moment.

You go home with new perspectives and priorities. You have decided to make a change. Perhaps you will take away some ideas on how to integrate a reconnection with nature and the elements into your everyday life, create little islands with “things” that are good for you and your soul, and start taking care of yourself regularly again.

You are the captain of your life.

Finnland – Inari:

An incredible atmosphere awaits you. Somewhat mystical, a wild river, impressive nature. The best time for hiking is August/September. In December, the land is covered with snow—this is the perfect time for dog sledding and immersing yourself in the elements. We will learn about Sami culture, enjoy saunas, and get to know local music and food.

Schweiz:

A short, three-day hut hike in Toggenburg followed by a visit to a shaman awaits you. The hike is available from mid-June to the end of August (snow-free). Alternatively, I offer day trips into the beautiful countryside with its mighty mountains – even in winter. How about a stay in a mountain hut in the snow with a roaring wood-burning stove and a fragrant cheese fondue waiting for you?
